Shipping & Handling Information:
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless
otherwise requested. Rates as follows:

$50 - $10 shipping and handling

$50-$199 - $5 shipping and handling

+ - free Priority Mail shipping
UPS shipping is also available on orders that cannot be shipped
via USPS (due to size or weight restrictions.) UPS
shipping will be charged on all orders requiring that service.
Shipping rates are for US shipments.
Returns/Guarantees:
- You may return any item within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Please contact us if you need to exchange an item that
was purchased more than 30 days ago.
All items are made to
the specified length. A
restringing charge of $10.00+S&H will be charged for
any item that was made in the specified length, but does not
fit. PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY.
All pieces are guaranteed against
breakage for 90 days.
I recommend restringing
each piece at least once per year to maintain the integrity of
the beading wire and minimize the risk for breakage. The
cost for this service ranges from $5-$10 (+shipping) depending
on the piece. One maintenance re-stringing is free (you
pay only shipping charge.)
Pricing Information:
The prices listed on this site are for reference only.
Prices are subject to change. The most common reason for
increase in prices is the Sterling Silver market. Pieces
made without Sterling Silver should be fairly close to the
prices listed.
Wholesale Pricing:
Some pieces are available for wholesale purchase. This
would apply to fundraising also. You must contact us
for wholesale/Retail pricing.
Please note: There is a minimum of 10 units of each piece to
be considered a wholesale purchase. The items must be
purchased for resale.
Quantity
Discounts (bridal line only):
We offer special discounts on bridal party jewelry for
bridal parties of 10 or more. Bridal parties include, bride,
honor attendants, bridesmaids, flower girls and mothers of
the bride and groom.
